How we use it

• To review registration requests and issue invitations to confirmed delegates.
• To send joining instructions, venue details and programme updates by email and SMS to confirmed delegates.
• To send speaker announcements to subscribers, who may unsubscribe at any time.
• To assess expressions of interest in hosting future editions.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the summit without your consent.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to operate this site and the summit’s communications, including our website host and our email and registration platform.
